Coronavirus Update

 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have split our warehouses in to several different locations in order to keep our workers save. This may affect shipping times as we have a split our stock. It can take 3-5 days for your order to be processed. However, we can ensure that we are doing everything possible to make sure you get your orders as soon as possible.

WHY ISNT THIS PRODUCT AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

 

Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.

 

How much is shipping?

 

Shipping is free for all orders worldwide.

 

Why have I not received my full order?

 

Due to COVID-19 our stock has been split between different warehouses meaning you could receive multiple packages.

 

Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees, or if it is our of stock at one of the warehouses.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

All tracking will be available once the item arrives in the destination country! Once the item arrives we will be able to update you with the tracking number.

 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are:

 

5-7 Business Days Depending On Product Design and Item. Most of our items are made upon order to ensure the best quality for our customers!

 

You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 5 to 7 days business days of ordering.

Deliveries outside the UK

 

WHen Your order is dispatched from our Distribution Center, we’ll send you an email which shows the expected date you will receive your order.

If tracking is available, we will provide you with a tracking number and link to our courier’s website; this will show you the current status of your delivery and the tracking history.

Please note that some deliveries outside of the UK will be sent via an international postal service where parcel tracking is unavailable.

 

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes for orders?

 

If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
